These terms are an agreement between you and A-Train Academy LLC ("A-Train," "we," "us"). They govern your use of atrainacademy.com and your enrollment in our programs. By using this site or enrolling in a course, you agree to them.

Our Programs

A-Train Academy provides state-approved home inspector education in Texas, Maryland, and Tennessee, delivered online and, where required, in person. Course content, schedules, pricing, and promotions may change; the details presented at the time you enroll are the ones that apply to your enrollment.

Enrollment, Tuition, and Payments

Tuition and included materials are described on each course page and confirmed at enrollment. Payment may be made in full, financed through Affirm (subject to Affirm's approval and terms — Affirm is a separate company and your agreement is with them), or arranged through an A-Train payment plan. On A-Train payment plans, access to course modules is released as payments are made.

Licensing Outcomes

Completing a course satisfies education requirements but does not guarantee licensure. Licensing is granted by state authorities and depends on requirements outside our control, including examinations, background checks, insurance, and application approval. Requirements summarized on this site are provided for convenience and may change; the state's official requirements always control.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, to complete your own coursework and examinations honestly, and not to share your student account, redistribute course materials, or use the site in any unlawful or disruptive way.

Intellectual Property

All course materials, site content, and the A-Train Academy name and logo are owned by A-Train Academy or its licensors and are provided for your personal educational use only. They may not be copied, shared, or resold without our written permission.

Communications

By submitting your phone number through this site, you consent to receive calls and recurring text messages from A-Train Academy about your inquiry or enrollment. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of purchase.

Third-Party Links and Services

This site links to third-party sites and services, including Affirm and the hiring pages of independent inspection companies. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or policies. Listings of hiring companies are provided alphabetically for convenience and are not endorsements, and we make no representations about any employer or job opening.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The site and our programs are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, A-Train Academy disclaims warranties not expressly stated and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or programs. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable state education regulations.
