In this course, Wells and Septics (02054-INSC) inspectors will learn about the inspection protocols for private water wells and septic systems in residential settings. Inspectors will gain knowledge about the operational routines and best practices for inspecting these systems, focusing on normal modes of operation. The course will cover common deficiencies found in wells and septic systems and conditions under which inspectors should recommend further evaluation by a specialist. By the end of this course, inspectors will be able to demonstrate a higher level of proficiency in identifying and assessing the condition of private water wells and septic systems during home inspections.
