The 40-hour Texas Practicum is a pre-licensing requirement for applicants following the Substitute Experience and Education Requirements for a Real Estate or Professional Real Estate Inspector. This course is available to students who have completed their TREC required course modules (110-hour National and 44-hour Texas modules).
The Texas Practicum will include two 4-hour classroom sessions, eight on-site inspections with an A-Train instructor, and five reports prepared by you that are considered satisfactory for release to an average consumer.
