Additional information for becoming a Home Inspector in Nevada

To become a licensed home inspector in Nevada, you must complete the following steps:
1. Complete a 40-hour course approved by the Nevada Real Estate Division.
2. Pass the National Home Inspector Exam and the State exam.
3. Perform 25 supervised home inspections; or pursue an approved secondary course.
4. Demonstrate the ability to produce a home inspection report according to the Standards of Practice.
